October 1995
Dr.Gong Xuefeng returned from the United States and established Guangzhou Montelli Industrial Enterprises.
July 1996
Montelli became the first company in China to develop solid surface material technology and successfully launched the product to the domestic market. Montelli solid surface material was widely regarded in the industry as the first of its kind in China.
March 2004
Montelli reached an agreement with DuPont USA to transfer the majority of its solid surface related assets to DuPont, and Montelli agreed to withdraw from the worldwide solid surface market.
May 2004
Foshan Nanhai Renovation Materials Co., Ltd was founded.
November 2004
Deomer Composite Material Technologies Guangzhou Ltd was registered in Guangzhou Science Park.
Early 2007
Guangzhou Decomer reached agreement with Richmax (HK) International Holdings to form a joint-venture based in the Zhaoqing Hi-Tech Industrial Zone, and Zhaoqing Fusheng Composite Materials was established.
April 2008
Zhaoqing Fusheng Composite Materials merged with Foshan Nanhai Monerte Renovation Materials Corporation.
February 2009
Guangzhou Monerte Surfacing Materials Corporation was established.
March 2014
Kordura Surfaces, Inc. was established as a US registered company based in California and provides warehousing for onward distribution of solid surface countertops, quartz surfaces and associated kitchen and bathroom products manufactured in China by Guangzhou Monerte Surfacing Materials Corporation.
